Tenants Marketing –


  • To work closely with tenants to formulate partnership sales activity (e.g. events, promotion and mall exposures, etc.) to promote their brands and drive sales
  • Define customer service policy for stores;
  • Establish a strong relationship of trust with clients at POS level;
  • Manage day-to-day relations with key clients to secure sell-in and sell-out targets;
  • Preparing the deck of total look for product committee to preview
  • Support Senior Manager on leading the product scoring process and work on a total look
  • Support Senior Manager on leading the progress of Marketing, Digital, CRM, etc to meet the timeline
  • Support Senior Manager on setting the tenants/customer incentives



Retail Marketing –


  • To work closely with tenants in terms of sales planning, visual management, merchandising, service standard, marketing support and retail operation to drive the sales efficiently of the tenants;
  • Conduct monthly store visit of assigned tenants with evaluation according to the criteria’s and prepare a quarterly report;
  • According to the quarterly store visit results, work out a quarterly action plan for focus tenants to improve their sales;
  • Work out KPI /Sales action plan with involved tenants for every tenant’s marketing event;
  • Tenants Briefing for marketing activities;
  • Compile the store visit report to be presented to tenants;
  • Report and manage budget, targets and analyses;
  • Follow up sales, sell out and product performance;
  • Perform business analysis and assessment per shop/platform and identify growth levers;
  • Consolidate sales reports with trends and opportunities



  • University degree holder or above
  • 5 years or above experience in the retail industry
  • Highly preferred to have shopping mall/department store / multi-store sales management experience
  • Strong business acumen with a proven record of driving sales
  • Product marketing experience will be a plus
  • Strong communication skill to work with different levels
  • Flexible, result-oriented, creative, detail-minded on retail sales management issue
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
