You will be responsible for providing high standard VIP/ Premium guest service to our VIP guest in the new open lounge area in a Grade A shopping mall. You need to handle customers’ enquiries & requests, support some luxury brands promotions, and doing some redemption and membership application etc


  • Diploma holder with at least 1 year’s customer service experience in frontline customer service/ airlines/ hotel/ concierge/ guest service which mainly serve VIP customers
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Good in PC skills
  • Willing to work on shift (9-hr/5.5 days)
  • Work location: Causeway Bay
