Responsibilities –

  • Lead and supervise a team of administration staff in delivering full range of quality office administration services including but not limited to insurance management, site office administration, office equipment maintenance, etc
  • Develop strategies in allocation of administration resources to meet business requirements
  • Establish and implement administration policies and guidelines to enable smooth business operations
  • Liaise with site offices in managing, modifying and improving workflow to optimize the use of company resources
  • Manage the team to provide timely and qualified services to the staff
  • Assist with Company event organization
  • Prepare annual costing budgets and administrative expenses

 

Requirements –

  • Minimum of 5 years’ administration experience in sizeable company, of which at least 1 – 2 years at supervisory level
  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • A creative and practical problem-solver
  • Mature, pleasant, self-motivated and good time management
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
