Our client is a Hong Kong based listed group which provides full range of financial services.  They are looking for a company secretarial talent to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the listed group’s Company Secretarial Team
  • Assist in coordinating management/board meetings and prepare the related reports and documents
  • Update and maintain proper statutory records and registrations for the listed group
  • Assist in filing the relevant reports and documents
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the management

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any business administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 3-4 years’ relevant experience with background in HK listed companies/professional firms preferred
  • Finalist/Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS)
  • Well organised and meticulous with strong sense of responsibility
  • Independent, self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • Passionate with strong eagerness to develop career in company secretarial field
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
