Our client is a notable entity with local and regional exposure, and they are now inviting applications for their Corporate Assistant Facilities Manager opening:

 

Responsibilities:

  • To handle job tasks assigned by Facilities Manager, including FOH and BOH facilities planning
  • To coordinate office fitting out/ space planning/ workplace renovation/ maintenance works, equipment maintenance, logistic support to the firm’s Hong Kong branch offices and its representative offices worldwide
  • Supervise budget planning, outside contractors and site work to ensure all activities are in line with company guidelines and standard
  • Oversee general administration issues (soft services), including mailing services, cleaning, security, vendor / contract management, churn projects, troubleshooting

 

Requirements:

  • Full-time Degree holder
  • 5-6 years of solid work experience, with facilities/ property management or building services background preferred
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken), also Chinese – including Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Responsible and cooperative with a can-do attitude
  • Can report duty at the earliest convenience (Immediate available to one month’s notice)
