Our client is a leading and well-established property developer in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a financial system talent to join their dynamic team.


  • Review the whole financial operation process and set up the new accounting system
  • Responsible for the overall progress of the accounting system implementation project from planning, design to testing and master data maintenance
  • Prepare regular report about the project status to management
  • Coordinate with both internal parties and external vendors for the system set up and implementation
  • Work on re-engineering of the financial operation process to ensure its smoothness
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and establishing system solutions in accordance with company’s standard
  • Design the new system flow, accounting and control policies in accordance with company’s guidelines
  • Ensure the system implementation enhances the financial control and strategy efficiency including internal control, risk management, corporate governance requirement, forecasts delivery and monthly management accounts


  • Degree holder in Accounting or other related disciplines with qualification(s) of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA or other related professional qualifications
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in Accounting & Financial accounting field with Big 4 background would be an advantage
  • Experience in accounting system implementation with Oracle system set up is a MUST
  • Meticulous with strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial reporting systems
