Our Client is a renowned property developer in HK, they are looking for a Project Director for their Asset Enhancement teams.

Job Description

Requirements:

• Managing of asset enhancement projects of the Group
• Monitor on budgeted expenses of OPEX and CAPEX and a administration of internal approval processes;
• He/ she will also assist in the procurement of consultants and contractor
• Managing the proper delivery of consultancy services by consultants, as well as coordinating with project stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of asset enhancement works
• Ensure the time, cost and quality targets of the Group are met.

Requirement:

• Degree in Building surveying/ Architecture or other related disciplines
• At least 20 years of local experience in handling sizable projects with property developers with large scale A&A Projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have good knowledge on the applicable codes and regulations on development control in Hong Kong, especially those related to alteration /addition works and change of use of building
• Must have uncompromising integrity and good communication skills
