Assistant Retail Leasing Manager (China shopping malls)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate leasing strategy and handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
• Liaise with international brands and local estate agents
• Manage the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies
• Prepare leasing documents and compile reports
• Conduct marketing research

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
• With at least 6 years’ solid experience in handling retail property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management issues independently
• Experience in PRC retail leasing an advantage
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Putonghua and English
• Stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities is necessary
