Job Duties:

  • Perform coordination and monitoring role in property management for all Hong Kong properties of the company and technical services at a headquarter level
  • Coordinate closely with site in charges/ on-site staffs on various day to day operation and reporting
  • Monitor on the justification of both budgeted and non-budgeted expenses of OPEX and CAPEX works
  • Ensure the compliance of internal procurement procedure and approval matrix such as tendering, tender query and tender award of term contracts
  • Review Standard Operating Procedures of the company’s properties (included but not limited to Repair, Operation & Maintenance Manual and Working Instruction), and propose updates/ policy standardization according to changes of statutory requirement and practices
  • Directly assist Portfolio Support team on routine work tasks and reports timely


  • A recognized degree holder with 8 years of relevant experience, in which at least 3 years are gained in supervisory level
  • Degree holder in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Property Management or equivalent
  • Possess recognized professional membership of relevant disciplines would be an advantage
  • Solid work experience gained from local property developers is needed
  • Experience in handling budget monitoring/ tender is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
