Responsibilities:
- Perform coordination and monitoring role in property management for all Hong Kong portfolios and technical services at a headquarter level
- Coordinate closely with site in charges/staff on various day to day operation and reporting
- Assist to monitor on the justification of OPEX and CAPEX expenses
- Ensure the compliance of internal procurement procedure and approval matrix such as tendering, tender query and tender award of term contracts
- Review Standard Operating Procedures including but not limited to Repair, Operation & Maintenance Manual and Working Instruction related to technical aspects from time to time and propose update according to changes of statutory requirement and practices
- Perform annual technical audit exercise with report findings
- Assist directly to Head of Portfolio Support on routine work tasks and reports timely
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 8 years of relevant experience in which at least 3 years are gained in supervisory level
- Degree holder in Degree holder in Property Management/ Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Surveying or equivalent
- Possess relevant recognized professional membership (including MHKIH, HKIE, CIBSE, RICS(BS), HKIS, etc.) or relevant discipline would be an advantage
- Working experience in local property developers is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to serve internal customers and external customers with detailed mind and experience in handling budget monitoring is essential
- Proficiency in Chinese and English languages
